Welcome to Neravine, operating under the domain neravine.digital. These terms govern access to sanatorium services for pensioners, information-based products, and physical goods offered on this platform.
1. Eligibility
Our offerings are tailored for individuals aged 60 and above. By using this site, you represent that you meet this criterion.
2. Sanatorium Services
Neravine provides specialized care and wellness programs designed to enhance well-being for pensioners. Details of each program are provided on the site.
3. Information Products
We offer digital guides, videos, and training materials focused on health, nutrition, and lifestyle for seniors. Access is granted upon confirmation.
4. Physical Goods
Our shop features medical aids, comfort essentials, and wellness accessories suitable for elder care.
5. Payment Terms
All selections must be secured with payment prior to confirmation. Prices are displayed in applicable units and include any required charges.
6. Reimbursement Policy
6.1 Sanatorium Services
Requests for reimbursement for booked service periods must reach us in writing at least 14 days before the scheduled start date. Approved reimbursements will result in a refund of the total paid less any administrative fee necessary to cover preparation efforts. You may also request to reschedule a service period subject to availability; such requests must be submitted no later than 7 days before the initial date.
6.2 Information Products
For digital items, you may request a reimbursement within 7 days of access confirmation provided that fewer than 20% of the materials have been accessed. Approved reimbursements will be processed to the original payment method.
6.3 Physical Goods
Items purchased may be eligible for reimbursement if sent back unused, in original packaging, within 30 days of delivery. You are responsible for shipment back to our facility. Once received and inspected, we will enact the reimbursement to your original payment method, minus any handling charge.
6.4 No Reimbursement Scenarios
- Customized service packages or group program bookings cannot be reimbursed due to advance arrangements with third parties and staff allocations.
- Non-digital items marked as final sale are not eligible for reimbursement. Such designations are clearly noted at time of selection.
7. Modifications
Neravine reserves the right to revise these terms at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.
